All orders will ship within 3-5 business days, unless it is a Pre-Order item. Pre-Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship out.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please email us at help@handpickedla.com to inquire.

Please note orders are not processed or picked up on the weekends. If an item is ordered between Friday after 5 PM to Sunday, it will not start processing until Monday.

 Unclaimed Orders:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

 Separate Packages:

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

  • We want to ensure a speedier delivery
  • Certain items may be on backorder
  • Weight restrictions
  • Different warehouse location 


Tracking numbers are updated Monday thru Friday after  6 P.M. Tracking updates will be emailed upon availability and can be viewed at any time online.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware of our shipping policy prior to making your order. Shipping price includes tracking information and package insurance.

If it is being claimed that packages have not been received after the 7 business days disclaimer and estimated shipping time, the tracking number provided will be checked by us. If USPS has marked package as delivered, then we are not responsible.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. We do not offer returns, exchanges only. You have 7 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for return. Should you receive a defective item, within 7 days of receiving the product(s) you can exchange your product(s) for the same item(s) in the same size(s). If the item is no longer in stock, you'll have the option to exchange for another product of equal value.

Items must meet the following requirements in order to process a return or exchange:

  • Must be in the original conditioned received in with all original packaging and tags attached
  • Must NOT be previously worn or have damage of any kind 
  • Must be smoke, perfume, and odor free
  • Must not be any swimwear or bodysuits
  • Must not be sale item - all sale purchases are FINAL; non-refundable, non-returnable and exchangeable
To process a return or exchange you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order
  • Return the package within 7 days after you have contacted us
  • Ship the item to our return address: PO Box 642002 Los Angeles, CA 90064
  • Please include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND CONTACT EMAIL in your return package
  • If you already know the item you'd like to exchange for, please contact us immediately so we may place it hold for you, as many products may sell out quickly.
  • Exchanges will be FINAL SALE 
It is the customers responsibility to cover all return shipping fees. There is absolutely no refunds for shipping fees. If you are shipping an item over $50, please purchase trackable shipping and insurance. We are not responsible until item is in our possession. 

Failure to adhere to the 7 day policy will void any exchange options and any items placed on hold for an exchange will be restocked.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
